When my daughter Hope was a teen-ager, one of her favorite Christian artists was Amy Grant. Today, I talk a stroll down memory lane and offer that song for your meditation.
I was always told that I had my daddy’s eyes—big, brown eyes that tear up easily whenever I see someone in need. Long dark eyelashes hidden behind my glasses. That feature, so I have been told, is my best one. But what I really want, what is really important to me is to have is my Father’s eyes. I want to see the world as He does, don’t you?
Amen! I want to have my Father’s eyes too.

I remember that song. When I was a new Christian, a young girl at our church sang this; her voice was beautiful.
