    Hi miss Vickie,
    That was an interesting article.

But I think I fit both categories.

I mean, the main thing I worship and follow Him for is because of what He has given to me, (but those aren’t physical things, like a home and food).

I’m all giddy all the time, thrilling myself in that I’m the righteousness of God!

    I’m like…

“Hey y’all, I’m the righteousness of God! Why don’t y’all jump on board and be the righteousness of God too, like He gave to me!!!”

So I’m thankful and following for what He gave me I guess.

And speaking of that matter. (I’m dead serious)…

Why don’t I ever hear other Christians hollerin about they’re the righteousness of God?
I don’t understand why folk ain’t yellin that all over the place, because (to me) it is too fantastic to keep quiet about.

    Any thoughts?

    1. You’re correct in that we should be telling others about His salvation. I’m not sure about shouting out β€œI’m the righteousness of God” bc that sounds like boasting. I speak what God tells me to and when He tells me to. BTW, the post was originally written by Clyde Herrin. I just re-blogged bc I thought it had tremendous truth in it.

Thank you for your kindness and your reply miss Vickie.

I don’t take any credit whatsoever in my being the righteousness of God. He made me His righteousness as a free gift to me.

If I thought that I somehow contributed to it, then it would definitely be boasting.

So I’m saying that in case you have the impression that I contribute to, or take credit for, my being the righteousness of God. …All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ!πŸ˜€
        (Romans 3.22, Romans 5.16-19; 1 Corinthians 1.30,31; Philippians 3.8,9)

        Now with that clarification…

Why do you suppose that Christians don’t yell that fantastic truth out?

        It’s fantabulous is it not?
And worthy of proclamation is it not?
