Knowing that God is always present gives me a lot of hope and comfort. He is invisible, but He is always there. He is my place of refuge. He is the One who is my greatest comforter. How do I know that He is here with me? I read His Word and hide it in my heart so that when I am feeling lonely or depressed about something, I can call on the Words that I have stored in my heart and feel His loving arms around me. I covet prayers these days, my friends, because I can sense that change is coming, and I am not sure that I am ready for it. Nevertheless, I know that the same God who raised Jesus from the dead and who sent His Holy Spirit to live within us is alive and well and waiting to keep me steadfast through whatever happens. His is the glory and honor now and forevermore! Blessed be the Name of the Lord and may many blessings fall on those who call upon His Name!
Amen!

I was reading Stu’s Post Picks for October, and clicked over to Melissa M’s post about leaving things behind. I thought about all the transitions we’ve been through, are going through now; and what is to come. God changes us and our circumstances all the time.
You nailed it, though: “God is always present gives me a lot of hope and comfort. He is invisible, but He is always there. He is my place of refuge. He is the One who is my greatest comforter.”
I will be praying for you.

Beautiful scriptures!
Praying for you, sister! He goes before you to prepare the way! He surrounds you with His loving presence! He delivers you from all fear, in Jesus’ name, and gives you courage in your time of need. Praying 2 Timothy 1:7 for you. ❤

Oh Vickie! You are so right. Even when we can’t feel His Presence. He is there working things out. He has you in the palm of His hand!
